• “You,” “User”: Any individual or entity using our services.
• “Services”: Home healthcare services, including nursing, doctor consultations, physiotherapy, and others listed on AarogyaNest’s website (www.aarogyanest.in).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to use our services. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.

3. Service Description

AarogyaNest provides home healthcare services. These are listed on the Services page of our website. Some services offered are:

• Nursing care.
• Doctor consultations.
• Physiotherapy, wound dressing, IV drips, and more.
• Elderly care, post-natal care, neuro care, palliative care and additional services like medical equipment rental and telemedicine.

4. Booking and Cancellation

• Booking: Book services via our website, app, or phone. Confirmations depend on staff availability.
• Cancellation: Notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service via care@aarogyanest.in or +91-XXX-XXX-XXXX. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
• Rescheduling: Requests must be made 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees: Can be confirmed at the time of booking via app or via care@aarogyanest.in
• Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Payments are due at booking or before service delivery.
• Non-Payment: Services may be suspended until payment is received.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method, subject to our refund policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking.
• Ensure a safe and suitable environment for our staff (e.g., adequate space, no hazards).
• Follow instructions provided by our healthcare professionals.
• Notify us of any changes in health conditions that may affect service delivery.

7. Equipment and Supplies

Any equipment provided (e.g., medical devices) remains AarogyaNest’s property unless purchased.

You are responsible for maintaining equipment in good condition and covering repair costs for damage due to misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

• AarogyaNest is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
• We are not responsible for outcomes beyond our control, such as patient health deterioration despite proper care.

9. Intellectual Property

• All website content (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by AarogyaNest. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• Trademarks, including the AarogyaNest logo, may not be used without permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services if you:

• Fail to comply with these terms.
• Engage in behavior that endangers our staff or disrupts operations.
• Fail to make timely payments.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
